Portrait

For me the simple things are important. It’s for this reason that at an early age I left the big city and came to Grimentz with my husband to be. Nature and the rhythm of life attracted me here. I believe in rhythm more in keeping with human life.

I am open to all cultures and have travelled extensively. I have a particular passion for the Himalayas and have been fortunate in visiting this amazing part of the world almost every year for the last decade.

Teaching to ski is just perfect for me; it combines my interest of teaching, sport, psychology and the love of mountains. I must thank you all for allowing me to continue to develop these skills.

My philosophy about skiing

“It’s possible for us to live experiences which move us outside our comfort zone; to push boundaries and improve our self-confidence. With my support and knowledge, I can push you further. You can progress faster and develop your core competences.
Without stress, with fun, joy and laughter we will establish a harmony of movement; finding our equilibrium without a fight, without battle. We will be aware of our bodies, using our mind to coordinate movement, to overcome our inhibitions; and to ski in harmony in the extraordinary environment of Val d’Anniviers.. “
